{"id":"20","title":"Ammar Awad","description":"Ammar Awad, a photographer for Reuters News Agency, was born in 1980 in Jerusalem where he is presently based. Ammar studied at the College of Photojournalism in Netanya and received a diploma and certification in 2000. His career began with Agency France Press before moving to Reuters in 2001. Since then he has covered all the major events during the Intifada, throughout the West Bank, Israel and Gaza. His work has also taken him to Baghdad several times since the invasion. Ammar's work has been published in daily newspapers and magazines worldwide.\r\n
